Finance is pleased to announce the ability to sign up for Direct Deposit for your Accounts Payable reimbursement checks (ex: travel, vision or out-of-pocket reimbursements) online through WebAdvisor/Self Service for Employees. Even if you have Direct Deposit for Payroll, you MUST sign up for this new service.
Some of the advantages to Accounts Payable Direct Deposit are:
- No more trips to the bank to cash or deposit your check
- Email notification of your deposit with the advice two days prior to the pay date
- Access from home
- Go paperless
- Cost savings
- Eliminates the need for Finance to badger you to cash your check
