Chef Educator Ruth Latorre, along with culinary students, will demonstrate how to make tempting chocolate treats for your sweetheart, or yourself, including:
  • 10-minute Vegan and Gluten-free Dark Chocolate Mousse
  • Dark Chocolate Pudding
  • Easy Chocolate Fondue
  • Aztec Hot Chocolate.
Demos are at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court.
