Atlantic Cape to Hold Paralegal Studies Information Session

Atlantic Cape Community College will hold an information session for those interested in learning more about careers, education and degrees in Paralegal Studies, 5-7 p.m., Monday, July 24, in the S Building lobby of the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.

The Paralegal Studies Program is an American Bar Association-approved program. The open house is designed for those who are interested in learning more about the program. The program is intended to train students to become paralegals, not to provide training for lawyers or legal administrators. If you are interested in pursuing careers, education and degrees in Paralegal Studies, Atlantic Cape Community College offers a Paralegal Studies Program that is American Bar Association-approved. The program is intended to train students to become paralegals, not to provide training for lawyers or legal administrators. Atlantic Cape offers two Paralegal Studies degrees, an Associate in Applied Science and an Associate in Science.

Courses being offered include: Intro to Law & Litigation (LEGL-110-ME0), Legal Research and Writing (LEGL-140-ME01), Trial Advocacy (LEGL-212-ME01), Family Law (LEGL-248-ME01), Torts/Personal Injury Ltg (LEGL-250-ME01), and Cooperative Education (LEGL-280-MD01). Continue reading
