The Culinary Student Association of the Academy of Culinary Arts is hosting a five-course vegetarian pop-up dinner at 6:30 p.m. this Friday, Oct 20, at Careme’s Restaurant located in M Building of the Mays Landing Campus.
Cost is 40$ per person with proceeds benefitting the CSA.
The menu includes Watermelon Gazpacho, Eggplant Spaetzel, Tofu Ceviche, Sweet & Sour Cauliflower Steak and Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce.

The Academy of Culinary Arts is hosting a pasta dinner at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April 13, in Careme’s Restaurant dining room.
Sponsored by the Culinary Student Association, the dinners are Pasta with Marinara for $10, and Pasta with Bolognaise for $12; both include a roll and Caesar salad.

Diners have option to eat at Careme’s or take-out.

The ACA’s Culinary Student Association is hosting a personal pizza fundraiser on Dec. 6, with pick-up times from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and 4:30-6:30 p.m., in Kitchen 3.
Cost is 8$ with a choice between traditional red or white pizzas.
