Now that warmer weather is finally here, the final phase of our CollidEscape window film installation is underway. Although 90 percent of the installation was completed last summer, we needed to purchase several more rolls to finish the job. CollidEscape is an opaque film which is applied to the outside of windows. It suppresses infrared and ultraviolet solar radiation, which reduces cooling costs. It offers the added benefit of virtually eliminating bird collisions with windows, yet it does not obscure the view from inside the building. Continue reading
