Careme’s Restaurant Participates in Atlantic City Restaurant Week; New Farm-to-Table Dining Concept Highlighted

Careme’s, the student-run, gourmet restaurant at the Academy of Culinary Arts, is participating in Atlantic City Restaurant Week, beginning March 5-10. Located at Atlantic Cape Community College, 5100 Black Horse Pike, in Mays Landing, Careme’s now offers a farm-to-table dining experience that is showcased in the Restaurant Week menu. For $15.17, diners can select three items off of the a la carte lunch menu, served noon-3 p.m., Monday-Friday. The $35.17 dinner special will be available March 3-29 on weekdays beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The a la carte lunch menu includes Minestrone with Basil Pesto, Chef’s Daily Soup, Caesar Salad, Careme’s Chopped Salad, Fresh Pasta of the Day, Grilled London Broil, Pan-Seared Salmon, Chicken Milanese, Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Careme’s Burger.
