The JCPenney Suit Up event held on Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Hamilton Mall gave students the opportunity to shop for professional dress at discounted prices not available to the public as they prepare for career fairs, internships, graduation and future job interviews.
The event was open to current students and alumni. Atlantic Cape collaborated with Stockton University Career Services Department to participate in the event.
Dr. Tammy DeFranco, director, Cape May County Student Services and Campus Management and; Cynthia Correa, director, Charles D. Worthington Atlantic City Campus Student Services & Career Institutional Services represented Atlantic Cape at the event.
Maria Kellett, dean of the Cape May County Campus; and Sherwood Taylor, director of Workforce Development, attending the 4th annual UAS Conference Sept. 24-25 at the Cape May Convention Hall in Cape May.
A lunch was held at the Naval Air Station Wildwood at the Cape May County Airport during the conference, as well.
