Paula Davis, dean of student support services and enrollment management, spoke at Stockton University’s 50th anniversary celebration of the signing of the legislation that created EOF. The program highlighted a Stockton EOF participant from each of the five decades and Davis represented the 1970s. She shared about her parents not graduating from high school, but that they had aspirations their children would.
On Thursday, June 29, Atlantic Cape hosted a New Jersey Stars Program Orientation for eligible NJ STARS students from Atlantic and Cape May counties. The event was well attended and included giveaways and light refreshments.

English Department adjunct Joseph F. Berenato was a writer guest the weekend of July 7 at the 40th annual Shore Leave, a science-fiction convention in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Berenato was a member of several discussion panels, greeted many fans, and sold and signed several of his books examining sci-fi and pop culture, including Star Trek, Star Wars, and Planet of the Apes.
