Our sincerest condolences to Donna Vassallo on the loss of her beloved father Domenic “Dom” Vassallo of Vineland.  He was 84.

Dom was also the proud grandfather of Atlantic Cape Nursing adjuncts, Deandra Consalo and Gabrielle Oleszewski.
A viewing will be held at 9 a.m., Monday, Feb. 19, at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish (St. Isidore the Farmer Church), 1655 Magnolia Rd., Vineland, NJ, followed by a Memorial Mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dom’s memory may be made to:  Atlantic Cape Foundation, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, attn: Vassallo Scholarship Fund or Cumberland County SPCA, 1244 North Delsea Dr., Vineland, NJ 08360.

The Instructional Resource Committee invites colleagues to participate in a brown bag discussion, “The Constitution: Checks, Balances, and the Federal Government,” led by Professor Marilyn Malerba Keiner, from 12:30-1:45 p.m. on Feb. 20, in STEM 201 of the Mays Landing Campus, Room 160 at the Atlantic City Campus, and Room 115 of the Cape May County Campus.

Dr. Barbara Gaba, president of Atlantic Cape Community College, and Atlantic Cape Board of Trustees members Dave Coskey, Maria Torres, Leslie White-Coursey and Chris Clemans, had the opportunity to meet with fellow community college leaders and political affiliates at a legislative meeting this week in Washington, D.C.
