A message from Jean McAlister, dean of Resource Development & President/Board of Trustees Operations:

Dear faculty and staff:

Atlantic Cape Community College is grateful for the partnership with The Foodbank of South Jersey and the AAUW who volunteer at each location to provide boxes of non-perishable food for students/staff

There are 50 boxes of food that will be distributed at each location from noon to 1 p.m. Worthington Atlantic City Campus will have an additional food distribution from 5-6 p.m. Please note, hours may be extended pending boxes that remain and will be handled at each location.
Food distribution dates are Feb. 13, March 8 and April 10.
Food distribution locations:
Cape May County Campus, first-floor lobby
Mays Landing Campus, first-floor of the Student Center near the cafeteria.

On Feb. 6, artist Treacy Ziegler delivered a talk in the college’s art gallery about her work with prisoners. She described both challenges and rewards in working with the penal system and helping students tap into their creative spirit. Nearly fifty learners, faculty and community members attended the talk, which was followed by a reception. Ziegler’s work, along with that of several of her students, will be on display in the gallery through March 10.

A message from Kathleen Landau, bursar’s office:

I would like to thank the College Community for all the cards, prayers, and condolences I received for the recent loss of my brother.  It truly is appreciated.
