Atlantic Cape to Host ‘Tapestry of Peace’ Performing Arts Event Featuring Current Students and Faculty Dec. 1-2

The Atlantic Cape Community College Theater Arts Guild, fondly known as #TAG, invites students, faculty, staff and community members to attend, “Tapestry of Peace,” an original performing arts event, at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1; and 2 and 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 2, in the Walter E. Edge Hall Theater located in C Building of the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.

Directed and written by Miriam Friedman Mast, Theater Arts Guild adviser and adjunct professor at Atlantic Cape, the collaborative production connects themes of joy, kindness, laughter and peace; and showcases the multiple talents of the cast in vocal and instrumental music, dance and theatre. The cast is comprised of the students and faculty. Musical direction was provided by Andrew Hink, choreography by Lisa Toal; and the piece was produced by David Capelli, all adjunct professors at Atlantic Cape.
