Careme’s Restaurant at Atlantic Cape Community College’s Academy of Culinary Arts will be the venue of choice for vegan fine dining in South Jersey at 6:30 p.m. on March 27 and 28. Academy of Culinary Arts students, under the instruction of Academy of Culinary Chef Educators Joseph Sheridan of Somers Point, and Linda Wohlman of Absecon, will prepare and present the meal, hosted by the American Vegan Society. The six-course menu includes green curry soup, baby beet and frisee salad, vegetable dumplings, mushroom risotto and coconut-lime cake.
Cost to attend the dinner is $36 ($26 for students and low-income guests).
