Communication Update: How to Request a Message on the Internal Digital Displays

As you may have noticed, the internal digital display system (Xibo) has been up and running since the start of the fall semester, with an array of announcements rotating on the television monitors at all three campuses.

If you have an event or announcement for students, please submit a Graphic Design/Production Services Request at Click on the link and fill out the form, selecting “Internal Digital Display” as the Size and entering the content in the Description of Project box. Email additional supporting information to Shawn Gorman,

Please note, submitted flyers are not compatible with this system. You must allow a MINIMUM of two weeks for your graphic to be designed and incorporated into the rotation.

Additionally, keep your content short and include a URL or office where a student can go to get more information, if appropriate.

Finally, the Xibo displays are not ADA compliant. After submitting your graphic request, you will be prompted to request either a social media post through Amanda McCullough or enter an Events Calendar listing. Both of these options are ADA-accessible and in compliance with the consent decree.
