Spaces Still Available for Nov. 9 Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Class

There are still spaces available for the Continuing Education “Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate” class (BAKE 115 MW01) taking place 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 9, in Kitchen 2 of the Academy of Culinary Arts.

The course focuses on preparing Mud Cakes with Chocolate Glaze and rich Chocolate Raspberry Crème Brulee, and the preparation of sinful Warm Chocolate Beignets.
