The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College “Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights how to create healthy, appealing smoothies, Sunday, Aug. 21, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.
An Academy of Culinary Arts instructor, along with ACA students, will explore how to make delicious fruit and vegetable combination smoothies to create a healthy breakfast or cool summer snack.
The ACA will present three shows 0at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court.
Attendants will have the opportunity to win free admission to one of the Academy of Culinary Arts continuing education workshops. Previous workshops have included baking artisan breads, pasta exploration and alternative grains.
