Caesar Niglio, master technician, student affairs, presented at the NJRUG conference at Monmouth University. The topic was “Title IV Credits & Applying Financial Aid to Degree Program Credits.”
Andre Richburg, dean of enrollment management and college relations, presented at the New Jersey Association for College Admission Counseling (NJACAC) annual conference on June 7 at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City. Along with colleague Karen Archambault, executive director of enrollment management at Rowan College at Burlington County, Dean Richburg spoke about early intervention strategies to better prepare students for college-level work while they are still in high school. The presentation, “Understanding the Role That Community Colleges Play,” also highlighted the three year graduation rates of the State’s community colleges and pointed out the importance and incorporating career awareness into marketing efforts.
Dean Richburg was also recognized at the conference for his role as president of NJACAC for the 2015-16 year.
A book co-edited and co-authored by Dr. Mitchell A. Levy, vice president of student affairs and branch campus management, was published on June 14, 2016 by Routledge Press, Inc.
