Eighteen students in the Medical Assistant class offered through the Health Professions Institute at Atlantic Cape Community College graduated, Wednesday, June 8, at the Charles D. Worthington Atlantic City Campus, 1535 Bacharach Blvd. The 620-hour program trained students to perform a variety of administrative and clinical duties in the offices of physicians and other health care facilities, and included six weeks of clinical training.
Graduates include Heather Andrews of Egg Harbor Township; Jenica Baligod of Absecon; Lorena Benscosme of Atlantic City; Alison Carter of Sea Isle City; Fathema Chowdhury of Ventnor; Sarah Clarke of Oceanview; Joyce Davis of Galloway; Brianna Federico of Ventnor; Danielle Fletcher of Atlantic City; Francesca Gonzalez of Pleasantville; Nicole Hearon of North Cape May; Vanessa Lamas-Hernandez of Atlantic City; Jennifer Lospinoso of Atlantic City; Laurie McManus of Absecon; Robyn Merz of Ocean City; Kermit Morton of Pleasantville; Sheila Nuss of North Cape May; and Robin Vitulle of Brigantine.
