ACA ‘Savory Sundays’ Monthly Cooking Demonstration Highlights Seasonal Produce May 15

The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College “Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights seasonal produce, Sunday, May 15, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.

An Academy of Culinary Arts instructor along with culinary students will give quick and easy tips for preparing whatever is growing in your gardening.

The ACA will present three shows each month at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court. Demonstrations are scheduled for Sundays, June 19, July 17 and Aug. 21.

On June 19, “Savory Sundays” will explore how to create refreshing and healthy juice blends to enjoy at home.
