On July 7, 2015, Atlantic Cape Community College entered into a Consent Decree with the National Federation of the Blind. This consent decree, signed by Senior U.S. District Judge Joseph Irenas of the District of New Jersey, is a settlement to resolve a dispute between the parties without admission of liability in this civil case. Both the plaintiff and the defendant asked the court to enter into this agreement, and the court maintains supervision over the implementation of the decree. The Consent Decree is now available for viewing on our website, linked at the bottom under Additional Information (http://atlantic.edu/documents/NFB_Lanzailotti-%20Executed_FiledConsentDecree(100810556_1)-4.pdf).
