The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College “Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights brunch items, Sunday, March 20, by J.C. Penney at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.
Academy of Culinary Arts alumna Caryll Camp, along with culinary students, will demonstrate brunch dishes with variations of familiar ingredients.
The ACA will present three shows each month at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court. Demonstrations are scheduled for Sundays, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17 and Aug. 21.
On April 17, “Savory Sundays” will explore alternative side dishes to wow guests the next time you entertain.
