ACA ‘Savory Sundays’ Monthly Cooking Demonstration Highlights Protein-Packed Snacks Feb. 21

“Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights snacks to get you through the midafternoon doldrums, Sunday, Feb. 21, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.

Academy of Culinary Arts alumna Christina Martin, who has worked in Philadelphia restaurants including Blackfish and Vedge, along with culinary students, will demonstrate what protein-powered snacks can help fuel you through the day, and how to create them.

The ACA will present three shows each month at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court. Demonstrations are scheduled for Sundays, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17 and Aug. 21.

On March 20, “Savory Sundays” will explore variations of familiar ingredients that bring brunch to a delectable new level.
