The Academy of Culinary Arts “Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights chocolate this Sunday, Jan. 17, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.
Chef Educator Ruth Latorre, along with culinary students, will demonstrate how to make tempting chocolate treats for your sweetheart, or yourself, including:
- 10-minute Vegan and Gluten-free Dark Chocolate Mousse
- Dark Chocolate Pudding
- Easy Chocolate Fondue
- Aztec Hot Chocolate.
Demos are at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court.
Come out and support the ACA and sample some decadent chocolate treats!
