ACA ‘Savory Sundays’ Monthly Cooking Demonstration Highlights Making Chocolate Treats Jan. 17

“Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights chocolate, Sunday, Jan. 17, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.

Atlantic City resident Ruth Latorre, chef educator at the Academy of Culinary Arts, along with culinary students, will demonstrate how to make tempting chocolate treats for your sweetheart, or yourself, including a 10-minute Vegan and Gluten-free Dark Chocolate Mousse, Dark Chocolate Pudding, Easy Chocolate Fondue and Aztec Hot Chocolate.

The ACA will present three shows each month at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court. Demonstrations are scheduled for Sundays, Feb. 21, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17 and Aug. 21.
