Artwork by Agnes Fisher Featured at Atlantic Cape’s Art Gallery Dec. 11-Feb. 6

Atlantic Cape Community College’s Art Gallery will feature artist Agnes Fisher’s exhibit, “Agnes Fisher-Retrospective,” Dec. 11-Feb. 6, at the gallery, located inside the William Spangler Library, D-Building, of Atlantic Cape’s Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike. There will be a reception from 1-3 p.m., Friday, Jan.15. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.

Fisher, an English professor at Atlantic Cape and Ocean City resident, works in many different mediums including pen and ink, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, oil and mixed media. Her style ranges from abstract to impressionistic. Her paintings are signed with her Dutch name, “Akke.”

The gallery hosts monthly exhibits of a wide variety of works including drawings, paintings, printmaking, computer arts, ceramics, sculpture, photography, mixed media, 2-D design and crafts. Showcased artists will be students, faculty and local artisans.
