ACA ‘Savory Sundays’ Monthly Cooking Demonstration Highlights Making Most of End-Of-Season Produce Nov. 15

soup The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College “Savory Sundays” cooking demonstration highlights making the most of your end-of-season produce, Sunday, Nov. 15, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.

Atlantic City resident Ruth Latorre, chef educator at the Academy of Culinary Arts, along with culinary students, will explore using your produce to create hearty stews and soups for the upcoming winter months.

The ACA will present three shows each month at noon, 1 and 2 p.m. in the first floor main court. Demonstrations are scheduled for Sundays, Dec. 13, Jan. 17, Feb. 21, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17 and Aug. 21.

On Dec. 13, “Savory Sundays” will focus on making festive beverages to celebrate the holidays, while also keeping warm.
