chelius NEWHJAcademy of Culinary Arts Chef Educator Annmarie Chelius presented a “Boot Camp for Your Brain” seminar to ACA students, May 21, during the NEWH (The Hospitality Industry Network) Atlantic City-Philadelphia Chapter annual Student Internship/Mentor Day. Chef Chelius discussed simple exercises to keep you energetic, how to eat healthy, and the importance of creating rituals to enter and exit your workday. This was the first year that the NEWH Chapter teamed up with Atlantic Cape Community College to hold a tandem event.
