ACA Debuts ‘Savory Sundays’ Monthly Cooking Demonstrations at Hamilton Mall

The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College will debut monthly cooking demonstrations beginning Sunday, Sept. 20, at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing. “Savory Sundays” will feature ACA chef educators demonstrating a variety of topics including healthy lunches, recipes for canning and freezing, and holiday beverages, to name a few.

The ACA will present three shows each month at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. Demonstrations are scheduled for Sundays, Sept. 20, Oct. 18, Nov. 15, Dec. 13, Jan. 17, Feb. 21, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17 and Aug. 21.

On Sept. 20, “Savory Sundays” will highlight Healthy Lunches and showcase how you can add value instead of empty calories into your lunchbox.
