Have you ever wanted to learn how to bake your own Artisan bread? Then join Chef Marylou D’Angelo at the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College for her two workshops, Bread Baking I and II, in September, at the Mays Landing campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.
Bread Baking I will offer the hands-on experience of making Artisan breads and rolls including Sesame Semolina Braids, Leek and Chive Batards and Sage-Potato rolls, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 23. Cost is $75.
Learn how to make French Brioche, crispy-cheesy Bread Stick Twists, and fun-to-eat pull-apart Cheesy Onion Bread during Bread Baking II, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30. Cost is $75.
Both workshops will be held in Kitchen 2 of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
