The Academy of Culinary Arts is offering pickling workshops, Aug. 6 and 13, in Kitchen 1 of the Caesars Entertainment Wing for Hospitality and Gaming Studies at Atlantic Cape’s Worthington Atlantic City Campus, 1535 Bacharach Blvd.
For those looking for their first canning experience, or are new to pickling cucumbers, Get Into A Pickle, led by ACA Chef Educator Ruth Latorre, meets 6 to 8 p.m., Aug. 6 and 13. Attendants will learn how easy it is to make their own fresh bread and butter pickle variations from their garden harvest. Cost is $45 per workshop.
