Careme’s will open its doors to the public to celebrate the change of season during a Spring Celebration Dinner, hosted by the American Vegan Society, 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 30, and Tuesday, March 31.
Academy of Culinary Arts students, under the instruction of ACA chef educators Vincent Tedeschi and Joseph Sheridan, will prepare and present the meal. The menu includes buffalo cauliflower florets, puree of asparagus and potato, strawberry and cucumber salad, grilled portabella and eggplant tian, and Key lime pie.
Cost to attend the dinner is $34 ($24 for student and low-income).
