Tickets are on sale for the 2015 “Taste of the Restaurant Gala” cooking demonstration and tasting, which will feature delectable hors d’oeuvres prepared by Academy of Culinary Art students, 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 10. The event is held in Careme’s Restaurant at the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing.
The 2015 Restaurant Gala culinary honoree and “Food Network Star” finalist, Nicole Gaffney of Brigantine, will prepare a signature dish during the event that will also be recreated at the 32nd Annual Atlantic Cape Community College “Under the Sea” Restaurant Gala by ACA students.
Tickets are $35 per person and proceeds benefit student scholarships and Atlantic Cape Foundation operations.
The Taste of the Restaurant Gala is offered in conjunction with the 32nd Annual Atlantic Cape Community College “Under the Sea” Restaurant Gala, which will be held 6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 26, at Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino.
