Todd Johnson’s exhibit, “Abstract Creations,” will be on display at Atlantic Cape’s newly renovated art gallery through November. The gallery is located in the William Spangler Library at Atlantic Cape’s Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.

Johnson, who grew up in Atlantic City and currently resides in Pennsauken, said, “I have recently developed a great fondness toward the art of abstraction. The works I will have at Atlantic Cape’s gallery will be my first time displaying my abstract-only body of work.” Abstract art uses a visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition, which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world.

Gallery hours are: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays. The exhibit will be free and open to the public.
